On May 1, the Columbus Civic Center was the place for seniors to be! With over 650 in attendance and 45 vendors, the Civic Center was busy with seniors and people who wanted to provide services. Entertainment was provided by the Frank D. Chester Senior Center Line Dancers. DJ Frank provided the music and atmosphere while Ken Toole served as the Emcee for the event. Rinky, the mascot for the Columbus River Dragons was at the Civic Center and posed for pictures to the delight of those in attendance.
The Senior Wellness Fair is known for many things but especially the door prizes! Those who stayed until the end also enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Tony J’s Catering.
